| This is SARA, I call her affectionately "Sara Lou" She is the daughter of BoJangles, a big, lovely and very friendly bloodhound that my neighbors owned. He would often visit me when our house was being built. He loved to be around people. The only problem was if I left my clogs(shoes) outside, he would often run off with them. |
Meet "ZEKE the Wonder Dog" My daughter rescued Zeke and brought him home to me. He was dropped off at the stock yard in a cardboard box marked "herding puppies - free", six puppies in all. Zeke was the last one in the box and was going to be taken to the pound. No one wanted him. All we know about Zeke is that he is a herding dog. He has the crouch & the eye that Border Collies are known for. He is almost all black & is a smooth coat. Zeke came to me when I needed a dog most. We had just relocated to the country and sadly, I had lost my beloved Dreamer, my Chow Chow, a loyal companion of 13 years. Zeke helped fill that void. He is extremely intelligent. He is a great Frisbee dog & loves to play catch with tennis balls. He almost never misses a ball. Zeke is obedience trained & heels like a dream. His overwhelming desire to please is surpassed only by his undying devotion to me. He possesses the true heart of a Border Collie. |
